Change-of-mind returns
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Used items will not be accepted.
- The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Submit a return or refund request and wait for return instructions before posting the item.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by the 14-day change-of-mind period, unused-item condition or original-packaging condition. We may assess the item before providing the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. If the item is confirmed to have a fault covered by the consumer guarantees, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed.
