Products and availability
Product colours can vary between screens. Leather is a natural material and may show grain and tone variation. Prices, stock and options are confirmed before payment. We may correct genuine listing errors or cancel and refund an unavailable item.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display confirmation. Square securely handles payment information. Coupon conditions are applied at checkout and may include dates, minimum spend or usage limits.
Delivery
Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking becomes available after dispatch. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.
Returns, faults and refunds
Our change-of-mind return window is 14 days after receipt for unused products in original packaging; buyer return postage applies. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Read the full shipping and return policy before returning anything.
Motorcycle products
A product is not represented as certified protective equipment unless the product page expressly identifies a recognised certification. Fashion leather, abrasion-resistant styling, padding and armour pockets are not the same as certified impact protection.
Reviews and questions
Customer contributions must be honest, relevant and lawful. We may remove spam, private information, abuse or content unrelated to the product.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, failure to follow care guidance, or delays outside our reasonable control.
